Autumn is a time for reflection, for cleaning up the messes we may have made in the spring and summer, and for sowing the seeds of our intention, to rest during winter, and sprout in the spring. Meditate. Resolve whatever issues may arise. Be kind to yourself. Practice compassion toward your body and mind. Forgive yourself and others. Give yourself permission to take things slowly. You don't need all the answers this instant. Allow the Yin energy of the season to comfort and caress you. You have everything you need. You are enough.
